PROJECT: New build apartments and supporting accommodation for people on the Autism spectrum.

SUMMARY: The proposal consisted of the demolition of an existing building, replacing it with a new build development consisting of 20no. supported apartments and associated communal spaces for adults on the autism spectrum. The proposed development included alterations to the existing car park to increase capacity, maximizing parking provisions and creating opportunities for greening. The proposal created a new landmark building in the area on a key corner. To the rear of the building, landscaping design has been developed to increase the size of the existing rear garden which will be developed into a secluded natural space for the residents to escape to.
